IF YOU BOOK ANY LESSONS WITH ME IT WILL BE TAKEN THAT YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITION.
If you need to cancel a lesson I will not charge you for the first cancellation as long as you give me at least 1 hours notice.
Illness or other sudden events will be taken into account, as long as you let me know before I arrive to pick you up.
After the first cancellation you MUST give me at least 24 hours notice of all other cancellation, otherwise you will have to pay for the lesson.
If I have to cancel a lesson I will give you 24 hours notice and will fix another lesson at a time and date that is good for you with no cost for the cancelled lesson.
If I am late, ( 10 mins ) or fail to come for a lesson and do not inform you, I will give you one lesson for FREE.
If it is a brakedown of the vehicle which can happen at anytime, again I will let you know as soon as possible and fix another time and date for the lesson with no cost to you or myself.
I reserve the right to only take you for your test when I think you are ready to take it, and that includes anyone that has pre booked and paid for a test before comming to me for lessons.
THIS IS BECAUSE THE DSA RUN A TABLE OF INSTRUCTORS PASS AND FAILS AND IF YOU ARE NOT READY AND FAIL, I GET A BLACK MARK AGAINST MY NAME AND MAY BE INVESTIGATED FOR BAD TEACHING.
I also reserve the right to not allow the use of my vehicle for a test if you book a test against my instructions.
The cost of the training vehicle is to be the same as a one hour lesson, and so on the day of your test you will pay for a two hour lesson, one of which will be the test itself, the other will be getting to the test station.
If you have got any complaints about the service that i give to you please let me know and we can try to sort it out, if i dont know about it i can not fix it.
If we can not sort it out between ourselves then go to the DSA Registrar and follow the advice, as per the Code Of Conduct.
BUT PLEASE REMEMBER I AM HERE TO GIVE YOU DRIVING LESSONS AND TO HELP YOU WITH OBTAINING A DRIVING LICENCE, NOT TO RIP YOU OFF.
