If you need to cancel a lesson I will not charge you for the first cancellation as long as you give me 1 hours notice.
Illness or other sudden events will be taken into account, as long as you let me know before I arrive to pick you up.
After the first cancellation you MUST give me at least 24 hours notice of all other cancellation, otherwise the deposit will be lost.
If I have to cancel a lesson I will give you 24 hours notice and will fix another lesson at a time and date that is good for you with no cost for the cancelled lesson.
If I am late or fail to come for a lesson and do not inform you, I will give you a lesson for FREE.
If it is a brakedown of the vehicle which can happen at anytime, again I will let you know as soon as possible and fix another time and date for the lesson with no cost to you.
I reserve the right to only take you for your test when I think you are ready to take it, and that includes anyone that has pre booked and paid for a test before comming to me for lessons.
I also reserve the right to not allow the use of my vehicle for a test if you book a test against my instructions.
the cost of the training vehicle is to be the same as a one hour lesson, and so on the day of your test you will pay for a two hour lesson, one of which will be the test itself.
If you have got any complaints about the service that i give to you please let me know and we can try to sort it out, if i dont know about it i can not fix it.
If we can not sort it out between ourselves then go to the DSA Registrar and follow the advice, as per the Code Of Conduct.
